I'm SO ready to vote for Secretary Pete for president...

Trump's entire business empire has long been an organized crime enterprise. And Scott's company perpetrated the largest Medicare fraud in history. Why would Republicans ever have expected their money to go to actual candidates?

Here's my hope. Donald Trump is to the GOP like steroids is to the bodybuilder. For a time, it makes you big and strong; you feel invincible, you win bigly. But then, you end up crippled or dead by your early forties.

"If the former president was not an unquenchable attention zombie ..."

The GOP deserves every bit of this. Wait until their presidential nominee in two years is running while under multiple indictments.

I think the next five years will probably determine whether the GOP as it currently exists destroys itself, or whether it leverages the parts of our system that enable minority rule to implant itself in power permanently and end our democracy. I'm growing more optimistic these days about path number one.

Great job, Rick and Ronna! Keep up the good work.

I’ve long been a little conflicted about seeing Trump get rich off the retirement funds of MAGA morons. Not much, tho. If it’s a choice between him piling it up in his Scrooge McDuck vault and having it go to actual Republican candidates it’s no choice. Give it all to Dear Leader. Let the cult apprentices eat cake.

The poor economy isn’t keeping me from supporting Matt Castelli who’s running against Stefanik.

Trump’s hobbit army? Please don’t insult the hobbits, Tim. It’s most certainly an Orc army.

Wrong, Tim. Trump has trolls, orcs and maybe a dwarf or two. No way he has any hobbits.

I consider the Trump grift as just desserts for Ms McDaniel and Sen Voldemort. Strip mall republicans trying to compete with Snake Oil Walmart.

And Ronna/RNC are STILL paying Trump's legal expenses. Boy, those nitwits on Trump's legal team/teams must be charging tens of millions for their "legal brains".

Lindsey keeps getting lower and lower and lower on his knees in front of Trump - Putin/Trump must have something really, really bad on him. He used to some self-respect, at least 5 seconds of it on 1/6.

Great dig in the German energy prices clip. I just want to point out that part of the speech was on script, so it was probably written by someone who knows what was happening. I’m guessing Matthew Pottinger.

Some people squint real hard and imagine they see something decent in Nancy Mace. Sorry, there is nothing there.

I receive 10+ GOP fund raising texts per day. I can't 'block this caller' fast enough, which is futile because bots yet still satisfying in principle. The texts claim to originate from both known GOPers (Marco, RonAnon) and unknown GOPers (random congressional candidates with 2x-impeached former guy endorsement). The text statements / pleas would be embarrassing to a normal, responsible, well-functioning political party with any sense of dignity and self-awareness. But nope! The GOP fund raising texts follow the grifter playbook with emotional appeals, exceptionally limited time offers, 'friend' confidence affirmations, unrealistic fund matching claims, etc. Pure con. How did a major political party become this dumb? Oh. Wait. Nevermind.

I really hope, I really, really hope that Trump’s awful picks for candidates will cost the Republicans worse than Mitch McConnell can even imagine.

So during the this last primary election, I noticed that some candidates were on the ballot identifying themselves as “America First Republican”. Am I right in assuming that anyone sporting that label is an orange-god-worshipping election denier?
